リロシティの青木さんと一緒にアパートを決めて仮予約をしてきました。入居開始日を聞かれていますが、開始日はいつに設定して良いですか？NEMAの解約も必要だと思うので確認させて下さい。また、米国でのオファーレターや給与証明書の提出を求められています。 その他、家賃の支払い等、この後の手続きどうすればいいですか？ 私自身で実施する必要がありますか？

なお、アパートは家具がないので、早めにスケジュールを確定し入居日までに最低限の家具（机、ベッド、カーテン）を用意したいと思います。

What shall I do for the following procedure such as the payment of rental for a room and others? Do I need to do it by myself?

As the apartment flat is not fully furnished, I think I need to decide the schedule and get ready for minimum furniture such as a desk, a bed, and curtains to start to live there by the move-in date.
