①4/30に寮の担当者が(ルール通りに)食事をくれなかったこと
②SさんのPCR検査が陰性と分かった後、会社がすぐSさんにシャワーを浴びる許可を与えなかったこと
③Sさんが会社から最新の感染症対策のルールをもらっていないと思っていること
①：関係各位に確認した所、寮側の手違いでSさんに食事を運べていなかった事が判明しました。本件Sさんにお詫びします。会社から寮に対し再発防止の注意をしました。

I have read your email on May 6. I will respond here below on what had mattered to you.
①A staff in charge of the dormitory did not bring you a meal on April 30 (against the rule).
②After noticed that you were found to be negative by a PCR test, the company did not permit you immediately to take a shower.
③Staffs never thought you were received the latest rules notice for infectious disease measures from the company.
①：As I confirmed to the ones concerned, it was found out that the dormitory side had errors and they led them not to bring you the meal. I sincerely apologize to you for this matter. The company has sent a recommendation to the dormitory to prevent them from happening again.
