本日商品を郵便局で返送しようとしたところ、
日本の郵便局では、コビット19の影響で
発送に制限があり、EMSや空港便で荷物を送ることが出来なくなっております。

船便での発送は可能だそうです。

他の宅配便の会社はP.O.BOXへの発送ができません。

船便で送っても良いですか？
もしくはP.O.BOXではない住所を教えてください。

I have tried to return the item from the post office but we became unable to ship the parcels on either EMS or air overseas due to the Covid-19 pandemic for the upcoming restrictions.

However, they accept the parcels via ship.
Other couriers are not possible to ship to P.O.Box.

Therefore, can we ship it via sea parcels?
Otherwise, could you tell me your other shipping address rather than P.O.Box?
