inletの圧力がoutletの圧力より高いということはありえないと思います。
笑い話ですが、日本でも圧力計がinletとoutlet逆に付いていた客先がいましたので、
無いとは思いますが、お客様に確認いただければと思います。
または、圧力計自体に不備があるかだと思います。

製造した樹脂に問題がないのであれば、機器自体に問題は無いのだと思います。
お客様に聞きづらいとは思いますが、圧力計の設置位置について確認してみてください。

念の為に確認ですが、機器を使用している樹脂はAでしたよね？

It is a kind of joke, but there was a customer in Japan that made a mistake to attach pressure gauge inlet and outlet reversely.
Please confirm about it to customer, maybe it is not probably.
Or may have something wrong about pressure gauge itself.
