弊社は合同会社なのですが出資者名簿を作成して送ればよいのでしょうか？
名簿のフォーマットはこちらが作成したもので問題ありませんか？
あるいは、以前提出した登記簿や定款に不足していた情報があるのでしょうか？

Our company is the type of limited liability companies, so do we have to make and send a list of our shareholders?
Is there a problem if we use our own format for the list?
Or, was there a lack of information in the Articles of Incorporation or Registry Certificate which we submitted before?
