荷物がスペインに到着した際に、お客様に連絡をしていませんでした。その為、荷物が保留され続け、到着が遅れたり、日本へ返送される事態が発生しました


商品到着の遅延によって、お客様からネガティブな評価を数多くもらってしまいました。

Since the delivery of the package in Spain, we never made contact with the customer. Because of that, the package was on-hold and delayed for the period and resulted in the return of the package to Japan.

For this reason, we have got many negative feedbacks because of this delay of items.

Hereafter, we focus on monitoring the Order Defect Rate all the time and we promise to provide the service which will be expected by buyers.
