恐らくハウジングの流用は可能だと思います。流用した場合はAが4本入ります。
また、製品の全長も60mm程度長くなります。

ただ下記の理由から正直あまりお勧めできません。

・面積の割に滞留時間が長いため、樹脂の熱劣化が起こりやすい
・全長が変わるので、一部ヒーターも作り直す必要がある

リスクが大きい割に、抑えられるコストとパフォーマンスが見合わないと思います。

受注の可能性が少しでもあれば本気で取り組みたいですが、
全く予算が合わなければ概算での見積回答にとどめておきたいです。

Also, the total length will be 60mm longer.

But, we don't recommend it for the following reason.
*The residence time is longer for the area, the inferiority by heat may affect the resin.
*As the total length might change so that a heater should be revised partially.

The risk is big but you cannot gain the appropriate performance compared to the cost required.
If there is any possibility of receiving orders from customers, we would like to do this but we would say all we can do is to give out an estimate only unless it doesn't meet our needs towards its budget, anyway.
