弊社の生産状況については、見積書に記載の通り、POを受領してから2カ月で出荷できます。ただ、8月7日から8月16日まで、日本は夏休みに入りますので、事務処理も生産もできません。夏休みの前に受注頂いた場合、もう少し納期が長くなる可能性がありますが、A社からはいつ頃受注できそうですか？タイムリーに情報を頂けると、生産の調整もスムーズにいきますので、ご協力お願いします。

Our current situation for the production is as described on the estimate. We are able to ship items in 2 months after receiving the PO.
However, please note that both the production as well as paperwork at the office will not be conducted due to the summer holiday here from 7th to 16th of August.
During receiving the order before the summer holiday, it may be longer until the delivery.
About when can we receive the order from A company? If you would let us have news of the order earlier in advance, that will help production smoothly.
