商品が到着しましたが、
はじめからシュリンクがついていない状態で届き、
パッケージの中にディスクが入っていませんでした。

フロリダから日本に転送を行っていますが、
コロナウィルスの影響で遅延が発生したため、
7月下旬に日本に到着しました。
（フロリダで荷受けから配送までに1か月程度の遅れが発送）

証明としてフロリダの転送会社のインボイスの提出が可能です。
フロリダから日本への追跡番号は「xxx」です。

明らかな商品の過失のため、
返送なしで全額返金を求めます。

The package has arrived,
but it arrived without the shrink wrap intact,
and the disk is not inside the package.

This was forwarded from Florida to Japan,
but it was delayed due to corona,
and so it arrived late July in Japan.
(There's a delay of about one month from the item received in Florida until the delivery)

As proof, I can provide the invoice from the forwarding company in Florida.
The tracking number from Florida to Japan is xxx.

The item is obviously missing,
so I request a full refund without having to send it back.
