COVID-19のパンデミックにより航空便が大幅に減少し大半の国際小包が配送遅延となり、購入者よりネガティブフィードバックが相次いだことによりOrder Defect Rateが1％を超えました。

遅延となったご注文についてはお客様に状況を説明し全て返金で対応しております。

このような状況を認識しネガティブフィードバックを増やさないため6月より販売を一時停止しております。
現在は航空便の回復を待って販売の再開のために待機している段階ですが、回復の見通しはまだない状況です。

The pandemic of COVID-19 significantly reduced air flights, delayed delivery of most international parcels, and a series of negative feedback from buyers led to more than 1% order differential rate.

For delayed orders, we will explain the situation to the customer and respond to all refunds.
We have suspended sales since June in order not to increase negative feedback to recognize this situation.
