備考: 海外楽器店への問合せです。よろしくお願いします。

英語は母国語ではないので、ご不便をお掛けして申し訳ありません。
商品到着後、商品がどんな状態で届いたのか確認の為に写真を撮りました。
その後に楽器を見た所、クリームが残っていたり、コルク部に変色、ベルの内側に凹みがあったりで、テストやチェックが行われたのかが不安になった為に専門店に確認の為に持ち込みました。
私は専門家ではないし詳しい事は分からないので不具合のあった部分の写真は撮ってありません。専門家に見てもらったので間違いないと思います。
修理見積書の写真を再送します。

English isn't my mother tongue so I am sorry if I cause you troubles.
I took pictures of the item I received from you to let you confirm how the condition of it was when it arrived here.
After that I took it to an expert at a store to see if an actual testing and checking were really done because I found some cleaning cream left on it, the cork discolored and a dent inside of the belt.

I am not an expert and am not familiar with the details so that I haven't taken pictures of the parts that might have been problems: however, since the expert took a look at it I believe what he found and claims.

I will send you a copy of the repair estimate he gave me.
