CABELA'S POSITION STATEMENT MODIFICATION

This modification is directed toward registered Cabela’s Dealers who in addition to having a retail location where resale of Cabela’s merchandise is authorized desire to provide their customers with the same products by means of internet sales.

Consideration will be given to Dealers who have a retail location and their website is displayed in a foreign language. In addition to your original agreement the following will apply:

 Only Cabela’s branded merchandise in its original form may be displayed and sold.

 Cabela’s retains final approval of products, images and or logos before being displayed to the public.
