1) I don’t know what is going on. The item was dropped at post office. I will check tomorrow

2) Unfortunately I don’t see how that’s going to solve anything. If they don’t show it scanned into the system that’s all they can say. I know this was dropped off with several other packages… I’m very sorry. We should wait a little while longer and if it does not show up I will be forced to refund you.

1）何が起こっているかわかりません。商品は郵便局に持って行きました。明日確認して観ます。

2）残念ながらどう解決に繋がるかわかりません。システムで走査されていないのでしたらそうとしか言いようがありません。こちらを他の商品と一緒に持って言ったのは確かです。。。本当に申し訳ありません。もうしばらく待ってみて見つからないようでしたら返金せざるおえないと思います。
