なぜ、カタログ以外発注ができないのでしょうか。オーダーした商品が発注できなければ、すべてキャンセルにして下さい。
店頭が売れていないので、変更ができなければすべてキャンセルして下さい。発注以外の商品は、キャンセルの交渉をメーカーとして下さい。支払いが終わっている商品の入荷状況をこまめに連絡なければ、お客さんに支払いの催促はできません。
全てのお客さんに提案すると弊社は、いつも高い利益で販売していると思われます。次回から発注をとるのが難しくなる。

Why am I not be able to order items except through the catalog. If I can't order the items, then please cancel them all.
As the items are not sold at the store very much, please cancel them if it's not possible to change my order. Please negotiate cancelling with the maker about the items which is not ordered. It's impossible to urge customers to pay for the items if we can't tell them frequently about their availability.
If we suggest all the customers, we are assumed that we've sold items with high profit. It's going to be difficult to order next time.
