3/24日にロシアから発送して頂いた荷物が、税関申告書類の不備でロシアから配送できずに止まっています。
EMS追跡サイトで検索したところ、カスタマーと連絡が取れないとアラート表示がでています。
まだ荷物がロシアにあるので、御社から問合せて下さい。

Package you sent from Russia on 24th March cannot be delivered and stopped at Russia due to declaration form fault.
When I checked EMS tracing website, alert indication came up because they cannot contact the customer.
Please kindly contact them as the package is still in Russia.
Please check a picture attached on my email.
I hope it will be sent to Japan as soon as possible because your products are popular in Japan.
