レディースについては、メンズ以上に展示会スケジュールに違いが有り過ぎるため、さらに慎重にサンプルデリバリーの時期を考える必要がある。引き続き、東京でのセールス状況を共有しながら大きなキャンセルが出ないよう努力していかねばならない。オーダー推移の中にもあるように、メンズについては１年ごとにキャンセルを抑えていることができました。逆にレディースは、30％を超えるキャンセルでイメージが大きく下がっています。この問題はお互いの協力なくしては改善することはできないでしょう。
Regarding ladies’ collection, since exhibition schedules change in a big way from the ones originally planned, far bigger than men’s, we need to consider the time to arrange the sample delivery much more carefully. We also have to continue our effort to avoid big cancellation by sharing the sales situation in Tokyo. As you can see in the transition of order, we were able to control cancellation for men’s every year. On the other hand, for ladies’, with the cancellation of more than 30%, our image has been significantly damaged. We think we cannot improve this situation without our cooperation.
