Sangoku Rensenkiは、三国志の世界（に、よく似た世界）へタイムスリップしてしまったYamada Hanaと、３つの国を統一しようとする武将達との物語です。

Sangoku Renseki is a game that deals with a story of Hana Yamada, who was transported back to the world of (similar to) the three kingdom era, and the warriors that were trying to unite the kingdoms.
