913Headについて質問をさせてください。購入されたお客様から苦情がきています。Headに付属のsleeveをhoselに組み込み、締めた状態で振っても音はしません。一方で所有している910用sleeve付Shaft(日本純正)を装着して、打球を打つとカラカラと音がします。考えられる原因を教えてください。宜しくお願いします。

I have a question regarding 913Head. I have received a customer complaint. When you put the sleeve into the hosel, it does not make a sound. On the other hand, with the shaft (Japanese genuine) with 910 sleeve attached, when you hit the ball, it makes a sound. Please let me know possible causes. Thank you.

I have a question on 913 Head. There has been a complaint from a customer who purchased this. When the sleeve that came with the head is inserted to the hosel and tightened, it does not make any sound when I swing it. However, it does make dry/rattle sound when I hit a ball with it attaching my Japanese genuine shaft with a sleeve designed for 910. Is there any reason for this that you could think of? Please let me know.
