先日購入した「Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker(Black)」に関して、商品説明と異なるものが届いたため至急交換をお願いします。
商品説明ページでは、新品、未開封、無傷とありましたが、実際には３つ全て開封済みでテープで止めなおしてありました。
さらにその内の1点は、商品自体の表面が半分程剥けてしまい、メーカー名が書いてある部分は読み取ることもできません。
交換が無理なら返金をお願いします。

This is an urgent request for an exchange for the instruction booklet "Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker(Black)" that I recently purchased.
The product manual should be new, sealed, and without blemish. However, all three were previously opened and resealed with tape. On top of that, the surface of one of the items was half peeled off, making it impossible to read the manufacturer's name.
If an exchange is not possible, please refund my money.
