日本でTourIssueと名乗った、偽物が横行しているようです。本物と偽物の違いなど、もしご存じでしたら教えていただけませんか？
先日販売したお客様からクレームがきました。そのお客様は日本仕様のHeadをお持ちなのですが、私が販売したHeadと比べて、ウェイトがきつく、横の塗装が剥げていたそうです。またウェイト横のデザインが雑のようです。
説明をお願いします。
HeadはTitleist工場から直接発送しているですか？
I have a question about the 913 Driver.
It seems that counterfeit items called "TourIssue" are prevailing in Japan. If you are aware of the difference between fake one and genunine one, would you let me know it?
I got complained from a customer whom I sold a product the other day. The customer possessed a Japanese-style Head, but its weight was tighter and its paint on the side was fell off when compared with the Head I sold. Besides, design on side parts of the weight was sloppy.
I would like you to explain about this.
Do you deliver Head directly from the Titleist factory?
