I'm contacting you from Japan.
I have not received the product I successful won,
I can only track until Malta on December 29.
When I asked Japan's post office to investigate, I was told they can't do anything because it's not in Japan,
It's been 3 weeks since the payment.
I have an eBay account and deal with US/UK.
This is the first time a transaction from Swiss takes so much time.
Please track the product.
I believe it's your responsibility until the product arrives.
I will wait for one more week.
After that, unfortunately, I will have to report to Tardera or PayPal.

Correspondence from Japan
The item I bid and won from you has not yet been delivered.
It is possible to track the item back only up to the point "in Malta as of 29th last year".
I requested the Japan postal services for them to investigate but I have only found that they are unable to investigate any packages outside Japan.

I have accounts with eBay and has dealt with eBay USA, and with eBay UK.
I have never experienced such a long delivery delay for an item from Switzerland.
