Baby Phat 1037のサングラスが今日到着したのですが、箱やクロス等がなくソフトケースが付属しただけで到着しました。
さらにレンズとフレームに傷があり新品として、とても私のお客様に渡せるものではないです…。
交換していただこうかと思いましたが返送して確認し再度発送では、とても納期が間に合わないので
別のお店から同じ商品を購入しすぐに発送してもらいました。
ですので、今回購入した商品は交換ではなく返金にて対応していただきたいと思っております。

I received the Sun glass, Baby Phat 1037,today with only a soft case. Other things such as a box and cloth were not included.
Also the lens and frame are damaged. This is not in sellable condition.
It would impossible for me to meet the delivery date if I returned it and received a replacement.
Therefore I have decided to buy the same item from other shop.
Please give me a refund instead of replacing with a new one.
