Mr A氏は貴社の製品の購入を強く望んでいます。
しかしながら、現状、彼らの会社の財政はかなり悪い様です。
それ故、彼は、彼らの購買部に対して購入依頼をしていますが、予算がもらえる可能性は50%程度だと言っていました
１月11日頃までには、はっきりとした回答がでると仰っておりましたので、結論が出た後、また貴社に連絡します。

I would like to tell you about Mr.A's situation in terms of the written estimate that you gave to us the end of last year.
Mr.A is eager to purchase your products.
However, our economical condition is quite worse at the moment.
Therefore, it will be only a 50%-chance to get money from our buyer's department even though we have made a request the budget for this deal.
We have been told that we would get an answer of this matter possibly by January 11th, so when we will be informed its result, we will send a message again.
