USPS should have informed the sender of the issue with your package. Did your merchant/sender inform you why? We did not refuse the package, it seems that the way the package was addressed is incorrect (Undeliverable as Addressed)
Please contact your sender immediately for more information regarding your order and where it was sent. Please be advised that we only refuse packages for two reasons:
1) If the package arrived open or visibly damaged
2) If the package needs postage due at delivery

あなたの荷物に関する問題については、USPSから発送者に連絡すべきでした。商品の販売者あるいは発送者から事情について説明はありましたか？荷物の受取をこちらでは拒否していません。宛先が正しくなかった（宛先には届けられなかった）のではないかと思います。
すぐに発送者に連絡を取り、荷物がどこに送られたかについて情報をもらってください。こちらで荷物の受取を拒否するのは下記の2つの場合のみです。
1) 荷物が開封されているか、明らかに損傷のある状態で届いたとき
2) 受け取り時に配送料を請求されたとき
