「理想の暮らし」のイメージができたらさっそく、「モノを捨てる」に進んでよいかと言うとまだ早い。あせる気持ちはわかりますが、たった1回の片づけ祭りでリバウンドしないためにも1つづつ丁寧に進めていきましょう。
次にすることは「なぜ、そんな暮らしがしたいのか」を考えること。自分の「理想のくらし」メモを見返して改めて考えてみてください。
なぜ寝る前にアロマを焚きたいのか?「寝る前にリラックスしたいから・・」「ヨガでダイエットをしたいから・・」

Once you imagine "the ideal living," it is ready to "I throw away a thing." NO! Not, yet. It is still too early to do that. I understand your feeling - I must be in a hurry. However, do you really think doing one mere task takes care everything? You need to think about its side effect - you might get back to the start line. Therefore, take your time and do the things step by step.
Next thing you ought to think is "why I want to live such a life." Review your "Ideal Life" memo to reconsider.
Why want to light aroma before sleeping - because "I need to be relaxed," "I would like to get a slim body...," etc...
