高齢者・生活習慣病対策の「食と健康ゾーン」を設置
来年5月に開催される食品素材・添加物の「ifia JAPAN」と健康食品・機能性素材の「HFE JAPAN」が、高齢者食と生活習慣病対応の食品を集中展示する共同企画「食と健康（高齢者・生活習慣病対応）ゾーン」の開催を発表。
「食と健康ゾーン」では元気な高齢者のための新たな食品の開発と食生活を提案する。また、新たに制定される摂食・嚥下食、とろみ食の全国統一基準に基づいた介護食品や、生活習慣病をターゲットとする食品も展示される。
"Food and Health Zone" installed as a measure for the elderly and lifestyle diseases
Scheduled to be held next May, "ifia JAPAN" for food ingredients and additives, "HFE JAPAN" for healthy foods and functional material announced to set up "Food and Health Zone" that focuses on the foods good for the elderly and lifestyle disease.
The zone is expected to provide useful information and suggestions about brand-new foods that help the elderly keep their health. Also, foods for patients, especially for those suffering from lifestyle diseases are planned to be displayed. Of course, all the foods on display will surely fulfill the new standards established for nutrient meals, easy-to-swallow meals, and sticky meals.
