代金は11月4日にPaypalで支払いました。
eBayで支払い済みのマークも付いています。
Paypalによる支払い代金の保留が解除されるのは、
商品の配達が確認された後だと思います。
eBayの出品に関して、慣れない点もあり大変だと思います。
しかし支払い完了からすでに一週間以上経っています。
できる限り早く商品を発送して下さい。
支払い完了後、
出品者に何度か発送を依頼しましたが、
商品の発送をしてもらえません。
支払いが遅くなってしまい、申し訳ありません。

I have made the payment via Paypal on 4th of Nov.
It is also revealed as payment made on eBay.
Payment retained by Paypal should be cancelled after the confirmation of arrival of items.
Regarding to purchasing on eBay, there is still some places being not able to get used to for me.
But it has been more than one week since my payment being made,
please deliver the items as soon as possible.
I have contacted the seller for delivering the items many times after making the payment.
But the items still have not been sent out yet.
I am sorry for my late in payment.
