Would you try to make you pay by paypal???
I think you can get a refund from them, it would be safer.

フランスの郵便局に連絡をとってみたところ、国外郵送サービスでは、対応や郵便物が紛失したかどうかが明らかになるのに2か月程かかるということでした。
申し立てが10月2日にされたので、12月2日までかなり長い時間待たなければなりません・・・
このような事態になって大変申し訳ないと思っています。
あなたはこのようなことになる以前に商品をご注文されているので、通常のお客様の手に渡ってしまうとなると本当に申し訳ないです。
