During the off-stage day on 10th, I would love to have a meeting with every member on our future events and to make a photo shoot for the packaging. How is the schedule of the members from the afternoon of xxx (10th?) to the evening? If its possible to adjust the schedule, I am hoping to do the photo-shoot in the studio in the afternoon as of now, and will proceed to the meeting with the project staff after the photo-shoot. I would appreciate if you could provide 5 hours for the photo-shoot and the meeting. What do you think?
