中の商品が同じであっても、外箱がホームページに掲載されているものと異なると非常に困ります。
外箱だけでも構いませんので、ホームページに掲載されているものと同じデザインの外箱を至急発送をしてください。
それが無理な場合は、商品代金の返金をお願いできますでしょうか。
こちらに届いている商品の返送が必要な場合は、日本からの返送になりますが、送料の負担をお願いします。
