ご連絡遅れてしまいました。今回、ガラスパネルが破損しておりましたが、このまま、受け取ることにします。
おそらくかなりの解決時間がかかるのと、UPSに回収される可能性があるからです。また当方も探していたものです。
ガラスパネルの破損についてはこちらで負担します。
よろしくお願い致します。
＊ちなみに今回の梱包状況ではガラスは絶対割れると思います。もっと緩衝材を多く使用しないと必ず配送中に割れます。

I am sorry for taking time to get back to you. I have received glass panel but it was broken. This time, I take it as it is because it might take time to solve the problem, and they might be a chance that UPS might take it back. And, this is what we have been looking for. So, we will take care of the cost of the broken glass panel this time.
P.S You might want to use more of cushioning materials to thoroughly cover the glass panel; otherwise, it will break again for sure next time when you send a package like this.
