ペイパルにて支払いをしようとした所ペイパルジャパンの規約が10月から変わっており、
本人確認をしないと一ヶ月あたり総額10万円までの送金に制限されるようで支払いをする事が出来ません。
本人確認には2週間から4週間の時間が掛かるようですので申し訳御座いませんが支払いを待ってもらう事は出来ませんでしょうか？

I was about to pay through Paypal, when I noticed that Paypal Japan's terms had changed since October. The changed term was "without user identification confirmation, the amount of money that can be sent every month is limited to 100,000 yen". This is the reason that I could not pay.
Since user identification confirmation might take from 2 to 4 weeks, would you mind waiting for a while?
