クレジットカードのショッピング枠を確認しましたがやはり$9568を支払える枠がある状態です。
通常のレートよりも高いレートで計算１ドル８０円で計算しても枠はある状態です。
なぜ決済できないのかわかりません。
銀行振込の対応が難しいのでpaypalであれば確実にお振込できます。
今回はどうかpaypalで対応頂けないでしょうか？

I checked the quote for the credit card shopping and it turns out in the end I will be able to pay $9568, that is by a rate exceeding the usual one ($1.00/80 JPY).
I am simply puzzled as to why I cannot perform the payment.
Since bank transfer involves many difficult steps, could I pay by PayPal this time?
