配送された商品の一部(3点)が壊れていました。
１つはバイク模型の部品の破損、1つは車模型の外箱の損傷、1つは犬の人形のパッケージの損傷がみられていました。いずれも新品で購入したものです。
商品の入った段ボールには十分にエアーキャップが入っており、壊れ物ステッカーも貼ってあった。
しかし、輸送時の衝撃で壊れたと考えられます。段ボールの隅にも凹みがありました。
わたしは今回の配送に大変不満を感じております。これらの商品の補償を求めます。

Some of the products (3 items) were broken.
Parts for motorcycle model, car model's box, dog doll's package were damaged. They were all purchased as brand new items.
The box containing products had sufficient amount of air-gaps, and had "fragile" sticker on it.
However, it seems like it was damaged by some impulse while shipping. There were dents on the package box as well.
I am very disappointed with this shipping. I would like to charge guarantee for these products.
I would appreciate if you could reply ASAP.
