What is THS? A month ago, it was just a name. It’s taken director TT to sculpt it into what it is tonight. And what is that? It’s a site-specific show: a show created, directed, and designed to be performed in only one non-theatrical place. In this case, that place is 山口さん’s living room. As you may have noticed, this living room is not a Theatre. That’s the point. That’s what makes this special.
The Ensemble has been working a long time on WWW, so it was nice for TT to take us in a new direction with something completely absurdist. THSとは？１ヶ月前、それは単なる名前に過ぎなかった。ディレクターTTをしてそれが今夜ある状態にまで形作らしめたのだ。そしてそれは何か？それは場所を限定したショーである：劇場ではないただ一つの場所で上演されるために生み出され、演出され、設計されるショーである。この場合それは山口さんのリビングルームである。もうお気づきかもしれないが、このリビングルームは劇場ではない。そこがミソである。それがこのショーを特別なものにしているのだ。
