Thank you for your recent order. It is our company policy to verify card ownership on all new customers of ours especially international orders. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the required verification of card ownership from the issuing bank or credit card by fax. You may contact them to see why they have not responded to my request. At this point we are going to need copies of the front and back of your credit card as well as a government issued photo id to verify card ownership. If it makes you feel more comfortable you may cover all but the last four digits of the card number. If you are not wanting to do that, we will need a certified check/money order or a wire transfer as form of payment.
