Unfortunately, we can't use your Paypal and ship to that US address. The
only ways for us to ship to your US address are:
1) Your paypal account must have confirmed address is that address
2) Or you pay with bank wire transfer
That US address you had there is a port forwarder and usually we don't ship
to a port forward when customers using Paypal.
