Hi, we are sorry but the model was checked before it was sent and we could not see any flaws also there is nothing showing in the photos in the listing as well, and we can not be held responsible for manufacture faultys etc, our normal policy is we don't accept returns but we are happy to work with you and accept a return back from you but we can only refund the cost of the model shipping costs are part of the refunds, these seems to be the policy that is part of paypal and ebay, so once we receive the model back we will refund the model puchase price list shiiping costs.
