中国の会社が船会社に対してテレックスリリースを出してなかったことが判明し、通関代行業者から船会社に働きかけ、無事に荷物の引き取りが出来ました。

The problem has been solved.
We found out that the china company did not arrange the Telex release to the shipping company so our custom broker contacted the shipping company to release the cargo. The cargo release is completed.

The problem was solved.
It is found out that the Chinese company have not sent telex release to ship company so custom clearance agent worked to the ship company and the receiving the goods was done finally.
