身近な問題と思っていない人に、その問題を理解させるのは大変です。日本では原発事故があったから、放射能汚染の問題を皆が考えるようになりました。辛い現実ですが問題が実際に起きないと世の中が変わりません。水問題を人々に認識させるにはその問題で苦しんでいる人の実情を示すことです。写真、ビデオ・・。地道な戦いです。常に先駆者には忍耐が要求されます。無理に理解させることはできません。しいていえば著名人、影響力のある人に、この問題への協力を呼びかけることです。忍耐強く呼びかけることです。
