thank you sir, my question to u is that how do common people understand the problems of environment? in India, particularly in West Bengal (a state of India), we get ample amount of rainfall and scarcity of water (mainly surface water) never been a problem to us. we r used to floods not droughts. now in such situation make common people aware about scarcity of water(fresh water) is a challenging task. Also, the Evs models are very universal and are not based on a particular area. so, kindly tell me how do we aware our people on those things which seem to them adequate but aren't globally.

ありがとうございます。私の質問の意味するところは、一般の人々はいかにして環境問題を理解しているのか、と言う事です。インド、特にWest Bengal（インドの州のひとつ）では、私達は充分な雨量を観測しており、渇水（主に地表水）の問題には直面していません。ここでは洪水の問題は抱えていますが、干ばつの問題はありません。このような状況下において、一般の人々に渇水（真水）の問題を理解してもらうのは難しい挑戦となっています。また、Evsは非常に一般的なモデルで、ある特定のエリアに基づいたものではありません。ですので、一般の人々は問題ではないと捉えてはいるが世界的に見ると大きな問題となっている上記の案件について、どのように一般の人々に理解を促していけば良いのかご教示頂ければ幸いです。
