コーヒーポット、シュガーポットの薔薇の蕾の形のつまみの部分に、幾つものカケがありました。しかし商品説明には、それぞれのポットの薔薇の蕾のつまみは最高の状態にあると記載されていました。届いた時、箱は損傷無く、欠けた部分のかけらも見当たりませんでした。これは輸送中の事故でしょうか？もしそうであれば、私はどの様に手続きをすれば良いか教えて下さい。
Both the coffee pot and sugar pot's handle, (where there is a design of rose bud) has many cracks. But in the description it said the handle on the pot with rose but is in excellent condition. When it arrived the box was intact without any dents and could not find pieces of the cracks in the box either. I am not sure if this crack was made by an accident during shipping or not. If so do you have any idea what kind of procedures I need to take and do. Thank you for your time.
