5. Do not alter the label. UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service) will not accept any package with a return label that has been changed, altered or tampered with in any way

- Drop off in a USPS (United States Postal Service) letter box or take the package to any USPS location.
- Place the return in your mailbox for pickup by their USPS mail carrier or schedule a pick-up online at usps.com. Maximum weight for a USPS (United States Postal Service) pickup is 70 lbs.
