1. About delivery, I would say that is the maximum waiting time, when we don't have the item in stock and we don't want to spend too much for express shipping...
Let me just point out that we earn absolutely nothing there. I guess that 140 euros for an expedited shipping, like this that took 10 days, is not cheap, right?
If I remember correctly a 3 days express shipping was like 300 euros.
In case you have a very wealthy customer that is really in a hurry you can consider the express, though.
Also, we have our schedule, but sometimes we can make adjustments if there is a danger to loose a sale.
So always check with us for delivery time but also inform us immediately if the customer is really in a hurry. OK?

もしも顧客がお金がかけれて、急いでいる場合には速達で届けられるかと思いますが。
私達には私達のスケジュールがありますが、時々は調整して、セールを逃さないようにする事もあります。毎回私達に配達にかかる時間を聞き、顧客側にも急ぎかどうかを確認して下さい。
