Thermal transmittance is probably not strongly influenced by the thermal conductivity
of the materials. Differences in relative humidity, however, may result in different thermal
transmittance as increasing moisture regain increases thermal conductivity.The distribution between relative humidity and TIV of the physical knitted fabrics is shown in Fig.3. The thermal insulation value of clothing depends on the physical properties of the knitted fabrics, particularly their thickness, and the air space between the body and the knitted fabrics.Therfore, Fig.4 indicates the distribution between the space and the TIV in order to
suggest the effects of the air space on TIV.
熱伝達は素材の熱伝導にはたいして影響を受けないのでしょう。しかし、相対湿度はそれが高くなれば熱伝道に影響するように、熱伝達にも影響します。表3には相対湿度と自然のニット素材のTIVの関係を示しました。洋服の熱遮断性はニット素材の厚さなどの特性やニットと体の間の空間によります。そのため、表4ではTIV上の空間の影響を示すためにTIVと空間の関係を示しました。
