・同時に無担保債権の回収に尽力した。強制執行等を通じて、競売回収のノウハウを修得する。

・大阪支店において史上最高の回収率（98.5%）を達成する。
・公庫史上最大年間70兆円を財務省から資金調達に成功。

• Achieved the highest recovery rate at Osaka branch (98.5%).
• Succeeded in procurement of the biggest amount of corporate funding of 70 trillion yen from Ministry of Finance
