We just saw a somewhat legitimate-looking spam message purporting to be from Microsoft and giving a link to “update” Microsoft Outlook. Since several people received it and have asked me about it, I just wanted to touch base and confirm that this is indeed a scam to try to get you to download a virus. As always, please avoid clicking on unsolicited links in your email, and if in doubt as to whether or not something is legitimate, just bug one of us in IT.
マイクロソフトからのメッセージを装い、マイクロソフト・アウトルックの「アップデート」を行うと見せかけたリンクを載せたメールが配信されています。一部の方がこうしたメールを受信され、問い合わせをくださいました。このメールはウイルスをダウンロードさせようともくろむスパムだということをお知らせしておきます。これまでと同様、素性のはっきりしないメールにあるリンクをクリックするのはお控えいただくようお願いします。もし迷ったら、我々IT担当までご連絡下さい。
