Received the chage of address to late. The item has been despatched to the address shown on the invoice/delivery instructions given by eBay when the purchase was made. The item was packed and addressed the same day that you won the auction and despatch was carried out as soon as PayPal confirmed payment. A change of address should have been confirmed the day you won the auction so that this could have been resolved immediately and the item address correctly. I am sorry that we are in no position to do anything about it now only to hope that the item can be sent on to you from your previous address.
