a full refund for your Quad amplifier has been issued by Pay Pal (Please see your Pay Pal account) - Seemingly FedEx attempted delivery x3 times to your registered address and are now returning the unit to the UK - THe unit will now be held until we pay the charges.
I hope the refund found you well and thank you for your understanding. As a collector myself I understand this situation will have been a frustration to you and I hope you can appreciate that on rare occasions when the courier company do not operate to their best ability we as sellers end up with a loss.
