SAS warrants each production release of the Software shall substantially conform to its documentation including any updates thereto,and the Software and the media on which it is installed shall be free of software viruses when received by Partner.As the exclusive remedy for breach of these warranties,SAS,at its option,shall:repair the Software;replace the Software;or terminate the Software license and refund the fees paid for the Software at issue during the then-current license period.Preproduction Software is provided “AS-IS”,without warranty of any kind,as further set forth in the applicable Preproduction Software Supplement
Each party warrants that it has the full power and authority to enter into the LCA.
